  • Wellness tips
    The good mental health section provides information and videos on ways to feel well.  These include: accepting yourself; eating well; exercising; getting involved; talking to others; relaxing; and sleeping well.  

  • Online wellness workshop 
    One of our partner organisations, SOS, has developed an online workshop that share practical tools to help you maintain good mental health when you are feeling good and improve how you feel during difficult times. Find out about the online wellness workshop.

  • Wellness podcasts
    The Mental Health Foundation in the UK has created a series of free audio podcasts that help you relax and improve your sense of wellbeing. Topics include: diet; exercise; relaxation; mindfulness practice; overcoming fear and anxiety; positive thinking; and breathing techniques.
