Feeling better through craft
I find that enjoying crafts makes me feel better. I have to concentrate on it - which means that I'm not worrying about other things.
It's also soothing on the mind and you have a sense of accomplishment when it's finished.
I started with knitting a basic scarf and will progress to harder designs, but will break it down into easy steps so as not to put myself under pressure. Don't seek perfectionism, do it because you enjoy it. Do what ever makes you smile.
