Stress Control’ is a FREE six session class for people who experience stress, anxiety and/or low mood and want to learn how to tackle their problems themselves. This is a class and not therapy. No one will be asked to discuss their personal experience. This course is delivered by HSE Primary Care Psychology Service, Kildare-West Wicklow.
