Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: Waterford


Reduce symptoms of stress, burnout, depression, anxiety and fatigue. Enhance levels of emotional resilience, general wellbeing and self-compassion. Improve stress-related physical symptoms such as high blood pressure, skin and digestive disorders. This 8 week course will run in Waterford from September to November.
