I took up running over 18 months ago, starting out with just the Couch to 5K app for company, but I've progressed to completing multiple 5K & 10K races and hope to complete my first half marathon this September.

I joined a local running club last June and haven't looked back since.

Running truly is my therapy, as much for the mind as the body.
