One of my coping mechanisms through my depression and anxiety is building my layers of confidence. This can be simple little steps to build up your self-esteem.

Start by listing positive attributes about yourself, this can be anything - good cook, good driver, good student, good parent etc... 

Write these down each time you think of one. Start at the bottom of the page and work your way up.
