I love to be alone at times. I feel that I need to get back in touch with myself, get some fresh air, have no interruptions, not worried what I look like...

I go for a walk in nature by myself. I feel liberated and fresh after it!

Taking in the sounds of trees gently moving, little streams, birds singing, and the gentle air on my skin. It's so helpful to me.
